Senior executive with extensive successful management and consulting career, specialized in business planning, mergers and acquisitions, as well as human resources development.

Different top management positions with Cemex in Venezuela and abroad, including member of the Global Human Resources Executive Committee, participating in various post-merger integration processes in various countries and continents.

Active participation in the design of the "Cemex Management Program", a nine-week high-level managerial training program at Stanford University, TEC de Monterrey, IPADE, Carnegie Mellon University and Wharton School of Business.

Also an active leader in the development, implementation and continuous improvement process of the Performance Evaluation Platform of potential Cemex junior and senior executives.

Mr. Pantin has a major in Administrative Sciences from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela

Guillermo is a Venezuelan native who resides with his wife in Panama City, Panama.
